By booking a session with Tarot Girl Srishty, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Nature of Services

All Tarot Readings, Numerology Consultations, Palmistry Reports, Kundali Analysis, ReikiHealing Sessions, and Spiritual Guidance Services are intended solely for personal insight, self-reflection, spiritual growth, and guidance. These services do not replace professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Clients are encouraged to seek qualified professionals for matters
requiring specialized expertise.

2. Booking & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. Bookings are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Prices and service offerings may be updated at any time without prior notice. However, the price applicable at the time of booking will be honored.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Clients may request rescheduling with prior notice, subject to availability. Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice (“No Show”) will result in forfeiture of the session fee. Repeated cancellations or rescheduling requests may result in refusal of future bookings.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of spiritual and consultation services, refunds are not provided once a session has been completed. Refunds are generally not available for booked services, reports, or consultations already initiated. If a technical issue or scheduling error occurs from our side, suitable alternatives or rescheduling options will be provided.

5. Confidentiality

All personal information, conversations, and session details are treated with strict confidentiality. Tarot Girl Srishty will never disclose client information to any third party without written consent, except where required by applicable law.

6. Client Responsibility

The client is solely responsible for their personal choices, decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from guidance received during any session. Tarot readings and spiritual consultations provide guidance only and should not be considered guarantees of future events or outcomes. Effective sessions require honesty, openness, and active participation from the client.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tarot Girl Srishty shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, emotional, financial, legal, or personal outcomes arising from decisions made by the client. Services are provided on an “as-is” basis without guarantees, warranties, or assurances regarding specific results.

8. Age Requirement

Clients must be 18 years of age or older to book a consultation. Individuals under 18 years of age may only participate with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law.

9. Spiritual Services Disclaimer

Tarot Readings, Numerology, Palmistry, Kundali Analysis, Reiki Healing, and related spiritual services are interpretive and intuitive practices. Results and interpretations may vary from person to person. No prediction, guidance, or recommendation should be considered absolute or
